Shipping fees for pre-order items
- Only if you specify Sagawa Express as the shipping method for your order, which includes pre-order items, will we offer a discounted shipping fee of 300 yen (tax included) nationwide.
*If you select Yamato Transport as the shipping method, there will be no shipping discount.
About free shipping items
- If the product name or description says "free shipping," shipping is free.
- If you purchase a free shipping item together with a regular item, the shipping fee set for the regular item will be charged.
About shipping
When purchasing multiple items or multiple quantities of stock items
- In-stock items (items that are readily available) will be shipped together.
*If the item is not in stock, it will be shipped as soon as it is available.
If you purchase a product that is "on back order" or "backordered"
- If you purchase "backordered" or "on backorder" items, all items will be shipped as soon as they are in stock.
- If you purchase "backordered" or "on backorder" items and in-stock items at the same time, your order will be shipped once all items are available.
*We do not accept requests to ship in-stock items separately from "on order" or "backordered" items.
Regarding desired delivery date and time
- You can select your preferred delivery date and time in the shopping cart.
*Since items will be shipped after payment is confirmed, we may not be able to meet your request depending on the timing of your payment.
*Items that are "on order" or "on backorder" will be shipped as soon as they arrive, so desired delivery dates and times do not apply.
How to check delivery status
- Once the product is shipped, a parcel number will be issued in the evening on the shipping date and will be sent to the email address you registered when placing your order along with shipping information.
- You can also check the tracking number on your account page after the shipment has been processed.
Change of delivery address
If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact us using the inquiry form or by phone.
