About free shipping items
- If the product name or description says "free shipping," shipping is free.
- If you purchase a free shipping item together with a regular item, the shipping fee set for the regular item will be charged.

When purchasing multiple items or multiple quantities of stock items
- In-stock items (items that are readily available) will be shipped together.
*If the item is not in stock, it will be shipped as soon as it is available.
If you purchase a product that is "on back order" or "backordered"
- If you purchase "backordered" or "on backorder" items, all items will be shipped as soon as they are in stock.
- If you purchase "backordered" or "on backorder" items and in-stock items at the same time, your order will be shipped once all items are available.
*Please check "About Stock" for delivery dates for "backordered" and "on backorder" items.
*We do not accept requests to ship in-stock items separately from "on order" or "backordered" items.
When you purchase a pre-order item and an in-stock item at the same time
- Pre-order items and in-stock items will be shipped separately.
- We will arrange for the items to be shipped as soon as they are in stock and ready to be shipped.
- Pre-ordered items will be shipped in order as soon as they arrive.
*Depending on the number of reservations, shipping may be delayed from the arrival date (release date).
When purchasing multiple pre-order items at the same time
- All pre-ordered items will be shipped separately regardless of release date.

Shipping of pre-ordered items
If you purchase multiple pre-order items, we will generally arrange for shipping for each item individually, regardless of the release date.If you select standard shipping (Sagawa Express)
- Shipping is free for pre-ordered items, with some exceptions.
- Depending on reservation status, shipping status, and product quantity and size, items may be shipped together.
*Shipping charges may apply depending on the product combination.
*We do not accept requests to include other items in the same package.
If you select Yamato Transport
- If you purchase multiple pre-order items, shipping fees will be incurred for each item.
- Regardless of reservation status or product quantity, shipping arrangements will be made individually for each order.
Regarding desired delivery date and time
- You can select your preferred delivery date and time in the shopping cart.
*Since we will ship your order after confirming your payment, we may not be able to meet your request depending on the timing of your payment.
*Items that are "on order" or "on backorder" will be shipped as soon as they arrive, so desired delivery dates and times do not apply.

How to check delivery status
- Once the product is shipped, a parcel number will be issued in the evening on the shipping date and will be sent to the email address you registered when placing your order along with shipping information.
- You can also check the tracking number on your account page after the shipment has been processed.
