About shopping cart orders
All products that display an "Add to Cart" button on the product detail page can be purchased from the shopping cart.
Confirmation of order details
You can check the details of your order on your account page after you have completed your order.
Changing or cancelling your order
If you have not yet arranged for delivery, you can change or cancel your order via the inquiry form or by phone. You can check whether your order has not yet been arranged for delivery on your account page .
*For products that are ordered, we do not accept cancellations after payment has been made.
About points
5% of the purchase price will be credited.
About phone orders
We accept orders over the phone for products that have an "Add to Cart" button on the product details page.
About points
If you order by phone, points will not be earned. Also, points cannot be used. Thank you for your understanding. If you would like to use points, please use the shopping cart.
Changing or cancelling your order
If you place an order before shipping arrangements have been made, you may change or cancel your order by phone.
*For products that are ordered, we do not accept cancellations after payment has been made.
Regarding stock availability
The stock is not reserved when you add an item to your cart.
The inventory in the system will be reserved when the order procedure is completed, but the actual inventory of the product will be reserved after the order procedure is completed and an order confirmation email is sent.
*Since the online store inventory is shared with the store inventory, if the product is sold in-store during the ordering process or between the time the order confirmation email is sent and the time the product inventory is secured, we may not be able to secure the stock.
*If we are unable to secure stock, we will contact you separately.
About reserving items
After you have completed the ordering process and have received an order confirmation email, any products that are in stock will be held for you for a certain period of time until you have completed the payment process.
The reservation period for all payment methods except cash on delivery is within 7 days from the day after the order date .
*If the payment deadline has passed, the order will be automatically cancelled and the item will no longer be reserved.
About ordering pre-order items
Regarding arrival of pre-ordered items
- For pre-ordered items, the approximate arrival date will be listed on the advance order form.
- The arrival date is an estimate provided by the manufacturer at the time of product announcement. The actual release date may vary.
- In rare cases, the release of a product may be significantly delayed.
- In rare cases, the manufacturer may produce less than expected, resulting in a limited number of units in stock. If the number of units in stock is less than expected, we will allocate them on a first-come, first-served basis.
- In very rare cases, the release of a product may be canceled (production may be discontinued).
- Once the item arrives, we will send you an email to notify you that your pre-ordered item has arrived.
- Once the item arrives and payment is confirmed, you will receive 5% of the purchase price in points.
Payment for pre-ordered items
For pre-ordered items, we do not charge the product price at the time of reservation. Once the product is in stock, we will send you an email to notify you that the pre-ordered item has arrived. Please follow the purchase link in the email to complete the payment procedure.
Cancellation of pre-ordered items
- We do not accept cancellations after pre-ordered items have arrived.
- If you wish to cancel your pre-order before the item arrives, please cancel through My Pre-orders .
- We do not accept any cancellations after the product has been shipped.
- If you continue to request cancellations for personal reasons, or depending on the amount and content of the cancellations, we regret to inform you that we may have to suspend future transactions with you.
