Product exchange
We will accept requests for exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the following conditions are met:
- If the product is missing parts or accessories.
- If the product is defective or missing.
- If you receive a different product than the one you purchased.
*We will cover the shipping costs and fees for the exchange.
* We will not accept any exchanges after the period has expired under any circumstances. Please check the condition of the product immediately after it arrives.
We will accept requests for exchanges within 3 days of receiving the product, provided that the following conditions are met:
- If there is significant damage to the exterior (packaging) (severely crushed, severely torn, etc.).
* Never open the outer packaging.
*We will cover the shipping costs and fees for the exchange.
* Under no circumstances will we be able to accept exchanges for products after the expiration date. Please check the condition of the product immediately after it arrives.
We will accept requests for exchanges within 7 days of product shipment only under the following conditions.
- Exchange due to customer's convenience, such as purchasing the wrong product
*Customers are responsible for shipping costs and fees incurred for exchanges.
* Under no circumstances will we be able to accept exchanges for products after the expiration date. Please check the condition of the product immediately after it arrives.
Exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Requesting a product exchange after the return period has expired.
- If any contents (exterior, interior, packaging, product itself, accessories, receipt, etc.) are missing.
*Excluding cases where the product is missing parts, accessories, etc. - If the exterior (packaging) is significantly damaged and the exterior has been opened.
- If the product is damaged, broken, dirty, or defective after it arrives due to reasons of the customer.
- If there is a defect or malfunction that the manufacturer has not recognized as a manufacturing defect.
- If any parts or components have been replaced, or if the product itself has been modified or adjusted.
- There may be pinhole-sized paint chips or slight misalignment.
- Request for exchange due to customer's reasons such as the product being different from what was expected.
- Minor exterior damage.
Returns Policy
We will accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the following conditions are met:
- If a product is out of stock and a replacement product is not available.
- If the product is defective or missing and a replacement product is not available.
- If the exterior (packaging) has significant damage (severely crushed, severely torn, etc.) and a replacement item cannot be provided.
- If you receive a different product than the one you purchased and an exchange product is unavailable.
* We will only refund the product price, including shipping and handling fees, if the exterior and packaging are not damaged and there are no missing items or accessories (except when the product is missing parts).
* We will not accept any returns after the period has expired under any circumstances. Please check the condition of the product immediately after it arrives.
We will accept returns within 3 days of receiving the product, provided that the following conditions are met:
- If there is a defect in the exterior.
- Returns due to customer reasons, such as purchasing the wrong product.
- Any other return requests due to customer reasons.
* We will refund the amount minus shipping charges, handling fees, and 10% of the product price.
* We will not accept any returns after the period has expired under any circumstances. Please check the condition of the product immediately after it arrives.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If a replacement item is available.
- Requesting a return of a product after the return period has expired.
- If any contents (exterior, interior, packaging, product itself, accessories, receipt, etc.) are missing.

Exchange and return procedures
The procedure for returning or exchanging products is as follows:
Replacement Procedure
- Please check the condition of the product immediately upon arrival.
*If the exterior is damaged, do not open the package. - If the product is missing (parts or accessories are missing) or damaged, please contact us immediately by email or phone. If a replacement item is available, we will exchange it. For details, please see "About Product Exchanges".
- Our staff will inquire about the condition of the product and confirm whether it is eligible for exchange.
*If we are unable to determine the condition, we may ask you to send us a photo by email.
*If the exterior is damaged, we will check the delivery status with the shipping company. - If the item is eligible for exchange or return, you will be required to return it to us cash on delivery if the reason is our store's convenience, or at your own expense if the reason is your convenience.
*Our staff will inform you before you return the item whether the shipping costs will be covered by our store or you. - Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement item.
*If the customer is required to pay shipping costs, the item will be sent cash on delivery.
*If you are requesting an exchange due to damage to the exterior, we will check the delivery status with the delivery company. If we receive a reply that the delivery was successful, we will not be able to accept the exchange.
Return Procedure

- Our staff will contact you to confirm the condition of the item and whether it is eligible for return.
*If we are unable to determine the condition, we may ask you to send us a photo by email.
*If the exterior is damaged, we will check the delivery status with the shipping company. - If the item is eligible for exchange or return, you will be required to return it to us cash on delivery if the reason is our store's convenience, or at your own expense if the reason is your convenience.
*Our staff will inform you before you return the item whether the shipping costs will be covered by our store or you. - We will process your refund as soon as we receive the item.
*If you are requesting an exchange due to damage to the exterior, we will check the delivery status with the delivery company, and if they reply that the delivery was successful, we will not be able to accept the return.
Refund Policy
Refunds for which our store has paid fees, etc.
Bank transfer
We will refund the product price (including shipping) that we received when you purchased the product, as well as the bank transfer fee that you paid when you transferred the money to our store, via bank transfer.
Bank transfer
The product price (including shipping) received at the time of purchase will be refunded via bank transfer.
Credit card payment
The product price (including shipping) that was charged at the time of purchase will be refunded by the card company.
*If the refund is made within the same month, we will stop billing from the card company so that you will not be charged.
*In the case of refunds that span multiple months, the card company will first bill you and then process the refund the following month by offsetting the amount.
