detail The main aircraft is renewed for the first time in 20 years. An environmentally friendly, fuel-efficient aircraft. With the best roominess and environmental performance in JAL's history, this is the first renewal of the main aircraft for international routes in about 20 years since the BOEING 777-300ER. This state-of-the-art wing will be launched one after another from Tokyo (Haneda) to New York. The overall length and width of the JAL AIRBUS A350-1000 aircraft are almost the same as the BOEING 777-300ER aircraft, and the main landing gear is also six wheels. The environmental performance is particularly noteworthy. The aircraft is lighter by using 54% of the materials used for the main wings and fuselage as carbon fiber composites, and fuel efficiency is improved with a new generation engine made by Rolls-Royce. As a result, CO2 emissions have been significantly reduced by about 15 to 25%, and noise has also been reduced. (Excerpt from JALUX)
