This is an improved engine version of the Tupolev Tu-144, a supersonic passenger aircraft developed by the former Soviet Union.
Currently, it is exhibited outdoors together with the Concorde at the Sinsheim Automobile and Technology Museum in southern Germany, and as such, there is no company name inscribed on the fuselage.
The nose can be bent down, and two types of canards (small front wings) are included, which can be inserted to recreate the open or closed state.
