■Features (quoted from the importer with some modifications)
The Gazelle is a helicopter jointly produced by France's Sud and Britain's West Trande, and first flew in 1967. It was the world's first helicopter to have a tail rotor embedded in the vertical stabilizer (fenestron), which successfully reduced vibration and noise.
The model aircraft is a helicopter aerobatic squadron called the Blue Eagles, and is painted in deep green camouflage.
The model aircraft reproduces the paintwork as it was around 1956 after it was retired in 1967 and placed in the collection of the Historic Aircraft Museum in Southend, UK.
