Raymond Wetmore (1923-1951) was a US Army ace pilot who fought against the German Air Force in Europe and recorded 21.25 victories.
After the war, he served as a squadron leader of F-86s in the U.S. Air Force, but was killed in an accident. His final rank was lieutenant colonel.
