detail This is the mass-produced prototype of the F-4 Phantom II, and the model was the F4H-1 before the unification of the three services (Army, Navy, and Air Force). In 1962, the Navy conducted the "Highjump Project," a record-breaking flight. One of the pilots, Lt. Col. John W. Young, later served as the captain of the Space Shuttle.
